Are you aware of foreclosure rescue scams?
Is your mortgage payment no longer affordable?

Attend the Housing Help Fair, and get free information and attend a workshop on foreclosure prevention, foreclosure rescue scams, mortgage refinancing, and loan modification programs.  For more information contact lbhdc@longbeach.gov.
